Winco Week 5/19 Saved $26.14

So you don't always have to stack deals to get a good price.  Today I went to Winco and used my coupons with their low prices and save $26.14!!

So shopping at stores like Winco or Walmart you aren't going to get those great 50% + savings as you could at like Target or Walgreens.  However since we don't have a super target...this will do! :)

Baby Haul Week 5/13

I feel like I scored big time on baby diapers and wipes!! YAY!

Babies are expensive and harder to coupon for than other things in my book.  So when I find a good deal I jump on it! 

For me stock up prices for diapers are when they are $0.15 cents a diaper and under and wipes $0.03 per wipe. 
 

Today I got:
4 packs of Huggies Wipes 320 per box (got 4 boxes for $12!)
10 Baby Basic diaper bags ($37.70 for 310 diapers=$0.12 per diaper!)
=$47.70 saving $88!

How to Buy Cheap Groceries

How can you get groceries for super cheap and save 50-80%?

Honestly the best grocery stores to shop at for cheap groceries are going to be the more expensive chain food stores like Albertsons, Krogers, Safeway etc. and you don't even need coupons!

Now hear me out! There is definitely a WRONG way and a RIGHT way to shop at these more expensive stores, and we want to shop there the right way!

Wrong Way:
  -is just going through the store and tossing anything in your cart that looks good or looks like its on sale.....thats how you end up with $100+ grocery bill.

Instead......

Shop the Right Way!
  1.Gather all the store ads for the stores in your area, online or hard copy, and quickly look through them  Find the sales in that store and compare the prices to the other ads. (most stores have generally the same thing on sale)
  2. Write a list of the products on sale at that store and ONLY buy what is on your list.

When I go grocery shopping I usually go to about 2-3 stores and get the best deals saving around 50-80%!

I am starting to fall in love with Albertsons!  Alberstons I usually save the most by just shopping for what is on sale in their ad!

My most recent save at Albertsons was they had Baby Basic diapers 3 day sale for $3.99 limit 2 regular price $10!

I went and then had Alex pick some up! 

I spent $16 for 4 packs of diapers= 0.11 cents a diaper!
I saved $24!

hint: my stock up diaper price is 0.15 cents per diaper so 0.11 cents is a DEFINITE stock up time!


But you can do this at Albertsons or any other more expensive chain store and it doesn't require coupons! It just takes a couple mins to find whats on sale and sticking to your list!

Thats right I've got a little couponer in training! Of course she eats more coupons than not...hahaha but its never to early to start! 

Stretching the Dollar! 3/28

Yay payday! Means we get to stock up on food once again and go grocery shopping which I am falling in love with! I love to shop!

Total value of what I purchased today was $191.26! Yep not that rich!

The total of what I spent was $100.61! YAY!

So defiantly not like what you see on extreme couponing but that a 47% savings!

Grocery Shopping Spent $94.61 saved about $70

Walgreens spent $6 saved $21.73

So some things that I got grocery shopping for $94.61 included
   -132 diapers
   -10 lbs ground beef
   -8 huge pork chops
   -4 bags of produce
   -3 gallons of milk
   -and then 8 bags of other random groceries! 

At Walgreens I used a lot of coupons but grocery shopping I mainly just got what was on sale and shopped the sales. YAY! I love saving money and eating well! :)
