One question that I've been thinking is..."how do I know at what price I should stock up at?" because there isn't anything more frustrating than seeing a good sale, buying the product and the next week there is even a better sale....crap...I should have waited!
I watched this video by IamTHATlady where she told the prices she will pay and when to stock up. She lives in New York, so if she can get that price we in Rexburg can definantly get close if we watch the sales and have coupons.

This is what she suggests. If you don't get that low you didn't fail! (I haven't gotten this low on some items yet) Remember any savings is great! :)
